These Official Sweeps Rules ("Rules") govern the promotional sweepstakes ("Sweeps Coin Play") offered on giveaways.com by Gamzingo LLC, 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, United States, Delaware file number 10650438 ("Sponsor").
By participating you accept these Rules and the Terms and Conditions, which form part of them.
Open to individuals who are:
Employees, officers and directors of the Sponsor, and their immediate families and household members, are not eligible.
Sweeps Coin Play is void in: California, Connecticut, Idaho, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee and Washington, and anywhere else prohibited by law. The current list is maintained at /restricted-states.
Gold Coins (GC) are used only in Gold Coin Play. They have no monetary value, are never redeemable, and are not used in Sweeps Coin Play.
Sweeps Coins (SC) are used only in Sweeps Coin Play. Sweeps Coins cannot be purchased. There is no mechanism by which anyone may buy, gift, trade or transfer Sweeps Coins.
Where Sweeps Coins accompany the purchase of a Gold Coin package, the payment is made entirely for the Gold Coins. The Sweeps Coins are provided free of charge as a promotional bonus, and no part of any payment is consideration for them.
(a) Free promotional bonus with certain Gold Coin purchases. Selected Gold Coin packages include a free Sweeps Coin bonus.
(b) Free daily login bonus. Free Sweeps Coins are available simply by signing in to your account.
(c) Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) — by mail. See Section 4.
All methods carry exactly the same odds of winning. Sweeps Coins obtained by mail are identical in every respect to those obtained by any other method — the same games, the same odds, the same prizes, the same redemption process and the same deadlines. There are no separate prize pools.
You may request free Sweeps Coins by mail, without any purchase, as many times as you wish. There is no limit on the number of requests.
Step 1 — Get your mail-in code. Sign in to your account, go to My Account, select "Get Mail-in Code", and follow the prompts to generate a unique code. Each code may be used once.
Step 2 — Prepare your request. On a standard postcard or a piece of plain white paper measuring 4" × 6", unfolded and unlined, hand-write legibly:
Step 3 — Mail it. Place the card inside a stamped #10 envelope, write "Sweepstakes Entries" clearly on the front, address it legibly, and mail it to:

⚠️ This address cannot be the Delaware registered-agent address (16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes). A registered agent will not receive, open and process sweepstakes entries. This must be a real, staffed address where mail is opened, codes are validated and Sweeps Coins are credited within the 7–14 day window promised above. It is published to the world in these Rules, so it must exist and be monitored before this page ships.
Each valid request receives two (2) Sweeps Coins, credited automatically to your account once the request is verified.
Requests are processed promptly — generally within seven (7) days, and no later than fourteen (14) days from receipt.
The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible or postage-due mail. Postage is your own cost and is not a payment to the Sponsor.

All Sweeps Coins are awarded as Unplayed Sweeps Coins, regardless of how they were obtained. Playing a Sweeps Coin game at least once makes the corresponding amount eligible for redemption.
Sweeps Coin games are games of chance. Outcomes are determined by a random number generator, and each game's rules and pay table are available before you play.
Sweeps Coins used to enter a game are deducted from your Sweeps Coin balance. Sweeps Coins won are added to your Redeemable Sweeps Coin balance.
Gold Coins cannot be used to enter Sweeps Coin games, and are never awarded as prizes in them.
Minimum redemption: 25 SC (equivalent to USD $25).
Only Redeemable Sweeps Coins may be redeemed. Gold Coins and Unplayed Sweeps Coins are never redeemable.
To redeem, submit a request through your account. Before any prize is awarded:
You are not a winner until your account has been verified. All redemptions are subject to review, and the Sponsor's decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to Sweeps Coin Play.
Prizes are personal to you. No substitution, transfer or assignment of any prize is permitted. You are responsible for all taxes arising from a prize.
Redemption requests may be declined where required by law, where verification fails, or where these Rules or the Terms and Conditions have been breached.
For participants in Florida, the maximum redemption value of a Sweeps Coin prize won on any single play is USD $5,000. Any amount in excess of USD $5,000 on a single play will not be allocated or paid.
Odds of winning depend on the game played and the number of entries, and are determined by each game's pay table. Odds are identical for all participants regardless of how their Sweeps Coins were obtained.
The Sponsor may disqualify any participant and void any Sweeps Coins where it reasonably believes there has been fraud, collusion, multiple accounts, automated play, misrepresentation of identity or location, circumvention of geographic restrictions, or any breach of these Rules or the Terms and Conditions.
By participating you agree to release the Sponsor from any liability arising from participation or from acceptance or use of any prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, interruptions, or errors that may affect participation, and reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify Sweeps Coin Play if fraud, technical failure or any other cause impairs its integrity.
Governed by the dispute resolution and governing law provisions of the Terms and Conditions.
