What you are buying

You are buying Gold Coins, a virtual item used to play Gold Coin games. Gold Coins have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash or prizes, and cannot be transferred.

You are never buying Sweeps Coins. Sweeps Coins cannot be purchased. Where they accompany a Gold Coin package, they are a free promotional bonus and no part of your payment is for them.

Refunds

Gold Coins are delivered immediately and consumed on use, so purchases are final and non-refundable, except:

• Where required by applicable law;
• Where a purchase was unauthorised and this is substantiated; or
• Where we have made an error.

Before you dispute a charge

If a charge looks wrong, email support@giveaways.com first — most issues are resolved quickly. Raising a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account being suspended while we investigate.

Charges appear on your statement as ⟨ CARD DESCRIPTOR — NOT SET ⟩.

Failed or missing purchases

If a payment succeeded but your balance did not update, wait a few minutes and refresh. If it still hasn't appeared, contact support@giveaways.com with the date, amount and last four digits of the card. We reconcile payments against our records and will correct any shortfall.
