GIVEAWAYS.COM HAS THE RIGHT TO MODIFY, SUSPEND, OR CLOSE ACCOUNTS AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE, IF WE SUSPECT A BREACH OF OUR TERMS OR BELIEVE THE ACCOUNT HOLDER'S ACTIONS TO BE FRAUDULENT, ILLEGAL, OR ABUSIVE.
1. Introduction
Giveaways.com (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides an online platform where users (“you” or “customers”) can shop a range of virtual mystery boxes. To take part, you add credits to your account and use those credits to open virtual mystery boxes for the chance to win prizes. By using our service, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
2. Account Registration & Credits
2.1 Creating an Account
Only one account is allowed per customer, IP address, and household. If you create or attempt to create multiple accounts, all of your accounts may be blocked, suspended, or terminated. If you already have an active account, you are not permitted to open another. Any pending deliveries or liabilities may be voided if our terms of service are violated.
You are not permitted to share your account or account details (such as login information) with others. Additionally, you cannot allow others to access your account or use someone else’s account.
2.2 Adding Credits to Your Account
You can add credits to your account using the available payment methods on the Website. These credits will be used to pay for the cost of opening mystery boxes. Each mystery box has a specific cost that will be clearly indicated before you proceed to open it.
2.3 Withdrawable Balance
Withdrawals become available after your initial deposit has been spent.
2.4 Payment Method Verification & KYC
You must only use a credit or debit card that is issued in your own legal name when adding credits to your account. We reserve the right to request verification of the payment method used, including requiring you to provide proof that you are the authorised cardholder. Verification may be conducted through a secure, globally recognised third-party KYC (Know Your Customer) platform. Failure to successfully complete verification may result in suspension of your account, cancellation of transactions, or forfeiture of pending orders or balances at our discretion.
3. Mystery Box Draws
3.1 Opening Mystery Boxes
Each mystery box has a specific cost associated with it, which will be deducted from your account balance when you open the box. Once you open a mystery box, you may select to either sell it back for credits or keep the item.
3.2 Prize Inventory
If you win a prize from opening a mystery box, it will be added to your “Inventory” in your account. You can choose to either keep the prize or sell it back for credits.
4. Prizes & Inventory
4.1 Prize Retention
When you win a prize & select to keep, it will be added to your “Inventory” under your account. You can either keep the prize or choose to sell it back for credits.
4.2 Selling Prizes for Credits
You may sell any prize you win back to Giveaways.com in exchange for credits, which will be added to your account. The amount of credits you receive for selling back a prize will be determined by us.
4.3 Claiming Prizes
If you choose to keep a prize, it will remain in your account’s Inventory. To claim the prize, you may add it to your cart and proceed through the checkout process. Prizes claimed via checkout are free of charge, but must be claimed through the checkout procedure.
4.4 Prize Substitution
Prizes are subject to availability. If a prize is unavailable, we may substitute it with another prize of equal or greater value, at our discretion.
5. Use of Account Balance
5.1 Use of Balance
Your account balance can only be used to open mystery boxes or to purchase additional credits. The remaining balance cannot be withdrawn, refunded, or redeemed for anything other than opening boxes.
5.2 Top-Up Feature
If your account balance is insufficient to open a mystery box, you can add more credits to your account at any time via the available payment methods.
6. General Terms
6.1 No Withdrawal of Funds
You acknowledge that withdrawals only become available after your initial deposit has been spent.
6.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login details, including your username and password. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, you agree to notify us immediately.
6.3 Suspension or Termination of Account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we suspect you have violated these Terms or if we believe your actions are fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive in nature.
6.4 Identity Verification
To maintain the integrity and security of our platform, we reserve the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any time, including prior to the release of prizes, processing of orders, or enabling withdrawals.
